So I immediately packed up my things and moved to Warsaw, Poland to work for one of the largest cap trading houses in the world (with 10+ locations), working 7AM to 7PM every day.
That’s when I met our direct supervisor, Mr. Jakass. He was like the "Wolf of Wall Street", in the sense that, working with him was like living on Wall Street with a LITERAL Wolf!
It was Day 1, he sat a group of 20 of us in front of a monitor, showed markets instruments we never were going to trade, showing us charts that we’ve never seen before (and won’t ever again if you left the trading house) – and he just said “learn this as quick as possible”.
Day 2 started the circus I’d live through in the following months. He would shout like a banshee, grab people by their shirts, throw them around, yell obscenities in your face and so much more (no joke).
After so many months of working with one of largest international trading houses, the long hours, insane supervisor – I eventually broke down physically. I had hit my LAST wall…
